This month was steady and filled with lots of joy! There has been an increase of new fans and most importantly new faces and regulars enjoying the availability of having such a great community space like the Clarksville Downtown Market. Clarksville Parks and Recreation, The Staff, and Board Members have done a great and wonderful job that the excitement and energy can be seen throughout the vendors. This has been one of the best team atmosphere and team like experiences I have had in a long while. There is a reason we are #41 among the 101 Best Outdoor Markets in the US.

Due to an overwhelming response in our salsa sales we are experiencing a shortage of #PeruvianPeppers. There is an estimated delivery time frame of 10+ days. We only have a few peppers left, Until further notice our salsas will be pre-order only.  You will all be notified once we will have Salsas available during our market outings. 

Mami Chachi's will not be available at Nashville's Bellevue Farmer's Market & Clarksville Downtown Market on Labor Day Weekend. Customer's can place last order this Saturday Aug 23 2014..All deliveries will be made by Thursday August 28 2014.We appreciate your business and hope everyone gets to enjoy their Labor Day Weekend..Sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patronage.

June/July Whirlwind!

This summer has been a Whirlwind of events! Trying to catch up and still enjoy family and friends. It’s been a huge blessings with a few births and birthdays to celebrate. Welcome and God Bless Norah Brennan and Jacob Chavez who make it 9 Grandchildren and counting.  

Thanks to Martha Harper and APSU Nontraditional Student Center for Hosting Uruguay vs Italy Game.

We made Uruguay Style Empanadas w/ chimichurri sauce.

July 4th my family gathered together in Nashville for a Colombian cookout. Of course we were gathered to root for the Cafeteros who played well and came up short! We put together Bandeja paisa which included: red beans cooked with pork, white rice, chicharrón, fried egg, plantain (patacones), chorizo, arepa, and avocado.

We also had the privilege to cater a Picnic Birthday at Liberty Park with Jamon de Pais (Peruvian Country Ham), Ensalda Rusa (Russian Salad), Empanaditas, and Ensalada de Fruta(Fruit Salad).

World Cup fever is now over and we are all still trying to recuperate.

I also have been busy making sure that our Saturday Clarksville Downtown Market gets their fill of Mami Chachi’s Empanadas and other goodies.

August will be here soon and we hope you are all blessed and enjoy the remaining days of summer. See you at the Market!

This Past Weekend Nov.1-3 2013

First of all I like to thank my son Carlos and daughter Patricia as they continued to do a great job during my absence. #ClarksvilleWinterMarket is in full swing! Don't forget to plan your #FridayMorningGetaways to join us and several local vendors with a lot of great merchandise. The #ClarksvilleWinterMarket is open from 9:00a-1:30p. If you need to place an order feel free.** Just make sure to order by Wednesday Night** We deliver, so if you happen to miss your #FridayMorningGetaway let us know where to drop you Freshly Baked #Empanadas.
Lots of thanks to #AnnMarie'sArtisanBakery for letting us partake in the #OpenHouse. We had a great time with Brandon, Anne Marie, vendors, and patrons alike. Within the next few weeks a variety of #MamiChachisEmpanadas will be available at the Bakery.
Yesterday was fun day enjoying #Empanadas and Chili with #MeanDeanProduce.This coming Sunday will be our last day out at the #OutdoorFleaMarket There won't be much produce, but there will be an array of yard sale items available.
